Returns or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Just sent the product back in its original condition and without the previously used postage labels.

Easy peasy. Just email us at email@example.com or send a DM through our Instagram with your order number and the reason for returning & we will set you up for returning!
Do I need to pay for the return?
Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER
Depending on the service & country you’re returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
RECEIVED AN FAULTY ITEM?
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Photos that show:
- Product fault as clearly as possible
- Full-length photo of the item
- The Drippy Box & Packaging
There is no need to send your faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time.
If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.
