Orders
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please email us to info@drippy.amsterdam with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in it's place
- A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you as soon as possible!
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
Changing the item or size
Delivery/billing address
Adding items to your order
Shipping method
There is a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button.
After 15 minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process. Check it out here.
If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you. However, you can try to cancel it by messaging us.

Easy Peasy! Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfillment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find the tracking information there.
I don't have a Drippy account yet
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 2-3 days to be dispatched.

All orders are send out with a tracking number. Your tracking number is supplied via email after the order is processed.
Please note that these are shipping times and calculated on estimates in business days. These can vary per location and with seasonality.
ORDER PROCESSING
If your item is in stock, please allow 24-48 hours to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time!
Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
CARRIERS
The carrier that will deliver your package, will depend on your local post carrier in your Country or it is stated at the shipping method.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customers outside of the EU are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Drippy Amsterdam does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at info@drippy.amsterdam Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Drippy will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, Drippy Amsterdam does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
Returns & Refunds
100% Secure. That’s our motto.
If you have purchased anything on DRIPPY AMSTERDAM but didn’t:
- Receive the right products or sizing, or
- Receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (30 days), you get a full refund from us.
- Paid with Paypal? Check our “Returns” page.
However, we can't give you full refund under the following circumstances:
1. Your DRIPPY. order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example: you provided us the wrong shipping address), or
2. Your DRIPPY. order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of DRIPPY (for example: not cleared by customs, a tornado or other natural disasters, pandemics), or
3. Your order has been placed at a discount or within a sale. In this case you can still swap your order amount for other products.

Exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order for free.
For Refunds:
We aim to process your refund within 5 working days from receipt to our warehouse. After we have sent your refund, you will receive an email notification.
Please note it can take a further 5 working days for the funds to clear into your account. This processing time depends on your bank so please contact them directly if 5 working days have passed and you have not received the funds.
For Exchanges:
We aim to ship out your new exchange order within 5 workings days after your return has been received at our warehouse. You will receive a notification with your new order details by email.
Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

Warranty
Drippy warrants all Gold Plated and Vermeil products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for the lifetime of the customer.
This warranty does not cover:
- excessive wear
- lack of care
- Lost or stolen
DRIPPY is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of Gold Plated/Vermeil jewelry. This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
This Warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e: wear and tear, scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, long-term fading etc.). The shipping and handling fees are not included in all Warranty Replacements.
During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by DRIPPY to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.
DRIPPY will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced
- refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product
DRIPPY shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to our warehouse. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes DRIPPY's property.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to solid gold and vermeil jewelry products manufactured by DRIPPY. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by
- wear and tear
- accident
- abuse
- misuse
- misapplication
- use of non-DRIPPY products
Do not expose your DRIPPY jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:
- liquid silver polish
- pools
- hot tubs
- salt water
- spas
- showers / baths
Do not sleep in the jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your DRIPPY product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your DRIPPY product.
